Meet Our Farmers

Whether he’s supporting with hay baling, rounding up steers, meeting new people and introducing them to the farm, or coordinating processing appointments, Doug plays an important role in our farm’s growth and future.
Daniel Gonzalez
Daniel supports daily farm operations, sales, and partnerships.
Born and raised in Miami, Daniel is a first-generation Cuban American. During his college years in New Orleans, Daniel met - and eventually married - Trisha and quickly fell in love with their trips to the farm. After more than two decades experience in experiential marketing and alcohol/beverage sales in the City of Miami, Daniel decided it was time to move to Missouri, and become more involved in the Nieder Farms business. Together with Trisha, Daniel is looking forward to expanding and diversifying the farm with poultry, native Missouri horticulture, and regenerative farming approaches so the family can enjoy it for generations to come.
Trisha Nieder
Trisha manages marketing and branding at Nieder Farms.
Born and raised in Krakow, Missouri, Trisha graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans, and moved to New York City where she taught high school English. From there, Trisha moved to Miami where she married her husband, Daniel, and had two children. After 19 years away from home, she and her family moved back to Krakow to enjoy, invest in, and grow a new generation of Nieder Farms. She’s currently raising a continuously growing flock of hens, working in or planning a new garden, and dreaming of bringing home her first Jersey cow.
